with full insurance is a social challenge

and is therefore at the top of our 

efforts!




There are almost 50,000 

people in Vienna

 from the age of 45 as

Registered as a job seeker

however, the number 

of unreported cases is higher!

AMS Assistance System

(Better known as the AMS algorithm)

Job Seekers Are Divided Into Three Groups:


1) First Group: Almost no chances for AMS-financed training. Job seekers who have a predicted chance for more than 2/3 to take up a short-term employment relationship with full insurance. This group has high job market opportunities, so they should take care of it independently and without resource allocation from the AMS.


2) Middle Group: job seekers who do not fall into either the first or last group. The most AMS resources will be to be distributed to this group of people


3) Last Group: If the probability of finding a job is less than ¼, you will not get any resources or will not be assigned to a course. The distribution of resources from unemployment insurance for people with little chance of success aren ´ t used for them, but will be assigned to the second group.

d) Discuss your solution approaches with us, as we are affected too. But we have successfully overcome these situations or similar ones. Get an opinion or even an advice for a solution to your problem!
