Institutional weaknesses:
a) Organizations are dependent on politicians, parties, movements or lists! This program is being proclaimed today and tomorrow it was a big mistake.
b) Our systems, especially legal systems, are behind the time
c) Inexpugnable bureaucratic obstacles, that only become greater through automation, lead to dead ends

Old-age poverty that is specifically promoted by political control cannot be understood by a young counselor in full employment. Therefore, he or she cannot put himself in the position of older people looking for work and does not have the necessary knowledge to be able to give even a little help!
Young people who are temporarily at the bottom of the population pyramid are sent to outdated, obsoleted vocational training courses. Because institutions founded decades ago, cannot be closed so easily, quickly and unbureaucratically, or could not adapt quickly enough to the changing environment.
